How often will I need to supply?Supply frequency depends on customer demand and your farm's capacity. Generally speaking, your farm should be organised so that you can delivery produce every month. We provide assistance and support to each farmer to establish a sustainable supply schedule that works for both parties.

How does Your Farmer handle customer feedback and complaints?We manage all customer service aspects, including feedback and complaints. We'll keep you informed of any recurring issues or notable praise, helping you continually improve your products and practices. Your clients can also connect with your directly through the app allowing them to share their thoughts with you in a timely manner while also letting you communicate any stories or updates that you think might be of interest.

What is Your Farmer and how does it work for farmers?Your Farmer is an online marketplace and app-based service based on Community Supported Agriculture principals. We connect ecological and ethical farmers directly with consumers. We provide a platform for you to sell your premium products directly to families, bypassing traditional middlemen.

How does the payment process work?Farmers receive payments on a regular schedule (typically monthly) for all products sold through our platform. Payments are made directly to your nominated bank account net of our fees.

How does Your Farmer promote my farm and products?We showcase our partner farms on our app and website, sharing your story and farming practices with customers. We also run targeted marketing campaigns to promote our farmers and their products as well as geographic based outdoor advertising including billboards and buses. We wear this cost. We are careful to ensure that we are not pitching one farm against another. Our view is that we are all in this together.

What information do I need to provide about my farming practices?We want to have a good chat about feeding practices, animal welfare standards, land management, and any certifications you hold. Transparency is key to building trust with our customers. The Your Farmer Certified program gives us a framework. Its not designed to be a gate, but instead give is the tools to be the best ecological farmers we can be.

Can I set my own prices for my products?Our pricing is fixed and transparent and available on our website for all to see. We work with farmers to regularly update our pricing to remain in line with industry standards while also remaining profitable for our farmer network.

What types of farmers can join Your Farmer?We partner with ecological farmers who produce any sort of food. Our farmers join the Your Farmer Certified program, we see this as a journey rather than a destination and it's designed to help you become more ecological rather than be a blocker.

How does Your Farmer ensure fair pricing for farmers?We believe in fair compensation for quality products. We do not change our prices with market fluctuations or pitch farmers against each other in "specials" wars. The price is the price, and with our subscription model you revive a constant monthly income. Our direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer competitive prices to customers while ensuring farmers receive a larger share of the profits compared to traditional distribution channels.

What are the costs associated with joining Your Farmer?There are no upfront costs to join. We operate on a commission-based model, taking a small percentage of each sale. This way, we only succeed when you succeed.

How does Your Farmer support ecological and ethical farming practices?This is the purpose of the Your Farmer Certified program. Its goal it to being people along and help develop farms. Not be a gate. We provide resources and guidance on ecological farming methods, and our platform allows you to showcase your ethical practices directly to consumers who value these principles.

What if I can't meet the demand for my products?We understand that farming can be unpredictable. If you're unable to meet demand, simply communicate with us, and we'll adjust accordingly. We prioritise long-term relationships over short-term gains. Our methodology is based on farmers having reliable patronage from our members that are tied directly to them so you should have all the financial support you need to ensure you meet your quota. We can also valance supply across a number of farmers in the network.

Can I sell other farm products besides beef through Your Farmer?Yes! Currently, we're focused on meat products as the main purchase for customers. Form here subscribers can add any number of additional line items. We're always exploring opportunities to expand our offerings. Let us know if you have other high-quality, ecologically-produced products and we'll look to add these to our offering sooner rather than later.

How do I sign up to sell my products through Your Farmer?To sign up, visit our website and book a discovery call. David will get in touch and contact you for further steps, including (hopefully) a farm visit and a cuppa.

Does Your Farmer handle the delivery of products?Yes, we manage all aspects of delivery, from pickup at your farm to final delivery to the customer's door. This allows you to focus on what you do best - farming - but still get the price premiums of a "value add" style model.

What kind of support does Your Farmer offer to its partner farmers?We provide marketing support, customer service handling, logistics coordination, and access to our ProCryo freezing technology. We also offer educational resources on sustainable farming practices and business management.

How does Your Farmer ensure the quality of food during transport and delivery?Because our customers are on subscription, we invest in non-disposable packaging which can be reused. Think eskis. This gives a lot of flexibility, and is far more environmentally friendly than single use transport packaging. Deliveries are temperature controlled, and the delivery boxes are designed to sit on the doorstep for many hours. This ensures that your premium products reach customers in perfect condition.

Can I cancel my subscription if I am not happy?Yes! The concept of our business model is win-win for both the consumer and the farmer. We are certain you will be very pleased with the taste and quality of your meat. If however, you decide it's not for you, we don’t wish to lock you in. All we ask is that you give us at least 21 days' notice prior to cancelling. Any later and your meat would already be being processed.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?We love to "meat" you at home, but if your not home this is not a problem. You can arrange for us to leave with a neighbour or at a workplace if convenient, or the eski box we deliver with will be fine on your doorstep for a day.

How do orders come packed?We vacuum pack all meat with our ProCryo process, and deliver in a polystyrene Eski directly to your home. The polystyrene Eski is designed to be re-used, we will collect it on your next delivery. This way we don't create waste by using packaging which needs to be replaced each time. When the polystyrene Eski has reached the end of its life (after many deliveries) its 100% recyclable.

What if I go on holidays?Your Farmer’s meat is vacuum packaged with our ProCryo process, as a result can be frozen for up to one year. If you wish to suspend a delivery that's OK too, please let us know 21 days prior so we can organise with our butcher.

Do you use any vaccines or injections?The Your Farmer Certified called for animals to be raised without vaccines or other chemicals. Livestock are grown on the natural grasses.
